Insurance Credentialing & Contracting:We credential you with Louisiana's major insurance networks, enabling you to accept insurance without the paperwork headaches

Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Louisiana state licensure in good standing
Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-CFY
Demonstrated clinical competency across various communication / swallowing disorders
Schedule flexibility and interest in working across time zones
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
Comfort with technology and digital practice management tools
Interest in the business development aspects of private practice
Compensation & Structure
Independent contractor (1099) relationship
Competitive earnings: $40-55 per hour based on experience, specialty, and caseload
Build your practice at your own pace – part-time or full-time
Flexible scheduling on your terms
Potential for practice growth limited only by your ambition

Our clinicians can choose to work as little as 5 hours per week or work up to 40: All availability will be considered
You'll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)
Work Environment
Telehealth, in-home visits, clinic-based, or hybrid – you decide
Serve clients throughout Louisiana
