Hello! My name is Erica Thomas, and I'm a board-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 10 years of clinical experience. I've had the privilege of working with clients ranging from 6 months to 108 years old across diverse settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, acute care, outpatient rehabilitation, and telehealth. My work has focused on adults and seniors with neurological disorders, dysphagia, cognitive-communication challenges, and acquired brain injuries. I've completed travel therapy assignments across the country and specialized government contract evaluations, giving me extensive experience with stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury, dementia, and post-acute rehabilitation. I'm licensed in 8 states (Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington) and available for contracting opportunities in acute care, SNF, LTAC, outpatient, and telehealth settings. I'm passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care and helping individuals regain their communication and swallowing abilities.
